These Terms govern your use of the Lireza website and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian. By using our website and purchasing from Lireza, you agree to all Lireza Terms and Conditions and Lireza Policies on our website which may be updated or amended from time to time.
Our Products
Each Lireza piece is crafted from natural materials. Variations in colour, pattern, and size are part of the unique character of each item and are not considered defects. Product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only and your purchased piece may look different to website images. Rest assured that we will always select the best piece for you.
Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice.
Orders and Payments
Orders are only confirmed once payment is received on our side. Generally a breeze with our available payment options. We do reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock, pricing or other errors that may arise. We will always ensure open communication with you in these unlikely events.

Returns and Refunds

7-Day Peace of Mind (Online Orders)
You may return your order within 7 days of delivery in line with South African law. Items returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs apply and will be deducted from your refund total. Exchanges
We will gladly consider exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Exchange shipping costs apply and will be for your account; note that there will be 2 shipping costs. First to send the item/s back to us and for us to send your new items to you. Simply reach out to us with your order number and exchange details via the Contact Us page above to initiate an Exchange process.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that any of your items purchased are received defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly notify us immediately via our Contact Us page. Simply reach out to us with your order number and the item details via the Contact Us page above to initiate the process. We will then contact you expediently for resolution.
Return Process
Simply use our Contact Us page options to reach out to us with your order number, item details and reason for the return or exchange. We will then reach out to you with further information. Do not return any items without us having responded to your request for return or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receipt of the item/s and after inspection and assessment. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. We will reach out to your contact details provided on order should there be any issues identified upon inspection or assessment or in the event that a refund via the original payment method is not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
A Gentle Note: Each Lireza piece is naturally unique and slight variations, inclusions or natural features are part of its beauty and not considered defects. That said, the following are considered non-returnable items. Items that have been used. Items that show signs of use. Items that show signs of normal wear and tear through use. Items damaged through use. Items that have been customised or personalised in any way.

Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Delivery Area
We ship throughout South Africa only subject to our courier partner limitations. All major and minor centres within South Africa are covered.
Courier Partner
All orders are shipped with The Courier Guy for reliable nationwide delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is aligned to our courier partner. 1 to 3 business days for deliveries within Major Cities. 3 to 5 business days for outlying areas. Delays may occasionally occur which is beyond our control.
Shipping and Delivery Fees
Shipping and delivery fees are subject to the method of delivery and the fees charged by our courier partner.
Delivery Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You may use this tracking number on our courier partner order tracking portal.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Lireza and/or our courier partner cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect information. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or unavailability, additional shipping fees may apply. Responsibility for the goods transfers to you upon delivery.

Warranty Coverage
In line with the Consumer Protection Act, we offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship on our gemstones.
What is not Covered?
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, impact, or improper care and exposure to chemicals, excessive water, or harsh conditions not suitable for our products.

Shipping and Delivery Fees
Shipping and delivery fees related to the return to us or replacement delivery to you of warranty claim items is for your account unless, upon our inspection and assessment processes, manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship is identified and confirmed to you.
Warranty Resolution
Approved warranty claims may result in either a repair to the item, a replacement of the item or a refund if a repair or replacement is not feasible. or possible as determined through our inspection and assessment processes.
